Bahamas Wedding Planner
Planning a destination wedding in the Bahamas from overseas means trusting someone on the ground in Nassau who knows the venues, the beaches, the legal requirements, and the suppliers. Glenn Ferguson is a WPIC-Certified Wedding Planner and Licensed Bahamas Marriage Officer — the only contact you need for both the planning and the legal ceremony. One person. Two qualifications. Complete coverage from first enquiry to signed certificate.
The unique advantage: Most couples hire a wedding planner and a marriage officiant separately. Glenn Ferguson holds both qualifications — WPIC-Certified Wedding Planner and Licensed Bahamas Marriage Officer — which means he plans your wedding and legally marries you. No gap between the two roles, no miscommunication, one fee structure.

“Most couples planning a destination wedding in the Bahamas discover very quickly that there are two separate things they need to sort: the event, and the law. A wedding planner handles the event. A Licensed Marriage Officer handles the law. Those are normally two different people, two different conversations, and two different fees. I hold both qualifications — WPIC-certified planner and a government-issued licence as a Bahamas Marriage Officer. That means I can take you from your first question all the way through to your signed, apostilled certificate arriving at your door. One point of contact. No gap in the middle.”
“I cannot say enough about how satisfied my wife and I are! Glenn Ferguson was wonderful throughout the entire process! He helped easily navigate the bureaucracy of obtaining a marriage license even bringing us to the office in his car. Glenn orchestrated a beautiful ceremony for just the two of us. Everything from the flowers to the photography were carefully thought out and well-executed. The caring and warmth that Glenn puts into his ceremony went far beyond what we expected.”
“It was a great experience for us. Glenn S. Ferguson was our wedding planner and we got married on the beach. It was wonderful and the photographer he arranged was great. Beautiful pictures. Glenn took care of everything. Arranging everything on the Bahamas so the wedding is official in the Netherlands and he took us to a nice restaurant after the wedding.”
