Grand Salon
Rosewood’s pillarless ballroom, capacity 240, opening to an elegant terrace. The resort’s largest indoor venue — suited to larger wedding parties, reception dinners, and evening ceremonies. Can be divided for smaller events.
Pergola Lawn

Tingum on the Beach

How a Rosewood Baha Mar Wedding Works
The marriage licence is obtained in Nassau. Glenn accompanies all his Rosewood clients to the Registrar General as part of his service.

Affidavit & licence

Glenn performs the legal ceremony at your chosen Rosewood setting — Rosewood Beach, Gardens, Grand Salon, Pergola Lawn, or Long Cay. Register signed on the day.
Certificate & apostille
Glenn retrieves your certified certificate ($20) and handles apostille processing ($120 gov fee) and international shipping from Nassau after you check out.
Complete Rosewood Baha Mar Wedding Fee Breakdown
Rosewood accommodation, catering, and venue hire are booked directly with the resort. All wedding services subject to 10% Bahamas VAT. All fees in Bahamian dollars (1:1 USD).
