- * Represents Government and online transfer and banking charges.
- Non-Refundable Booking Fee is applied against your services and is fully refundable if we are unable to offer services through unforeseen circumstances. However, if you cancel the wedding or no longer require the services, the deposit is non-refundable. The required deposit is based on the estimated total to book the date.
- Please note: the estimate may NOT be the final cost of the event, and fees do not include use of any Bahamas Resort or Cruise Facilities.
- Officiant charge includes allowance time for early arrival and for the duration of the ceremony. Time starts when Officiant arrives at ceremony venue to meet the bridal party and guests, which is typically 30 minutes before the ceremony. Officiant will charge an extra $150.00 if time exceeds an hour, and $100.00 will be added for each additional hour.
- Transportation charge includes allowance time for early arrival and for the duration of the ceremony. Time starts when drivers arrive at pickup location to collect bridal party and guests, which is typically 15 minutes before the ceremony. Transportation will be adjusted by $150.00 per vehicle if time exceeds an hour, and $150.00 per vehicle will be added for each additional hour.
- Photographer charge includes allowance time for early arrival and for the duration of the ceremony. Time starts when Photographer arrives at ceremony venue to meet the bridal party and guests, which is typically 30 minutes before the ceremony. Photographer will charge $550.00 if time exceeds an hour, and $550.00 will be added for each additional hour.
- A Minimum Rescheduling Fee of $150.00 will be charged for any date change initiated by you after booking.
- TERMS: Balance due Thirty (30) days before wedding service and is NON-Refundable.
